All appointments are delivered via secure telehealth and are available to clients Australia-wide.
Initial Consultation
50 minutes | $240
A welcoming first session designed to explore your current concerns, personal history, and goals for support.
Together, we will develop an understanding of what has brought you to therapy, identify priorities for treatment, and discuss an approach that feels practical, personalised, and aligned with your needs.
Standard Consultation
50 minutes | $240
Ongoing therapy sessions focused on supporting your individual goals and helping you navigate challenges such as anxiety, burnout, ADHD-related difficulties, emotional overwhelm, perimenopause, and major life transitions.
Extended Consultation (Existing Clients Only)
75 minutes | $360
An extended session for existing clients who would benefit from additional time to explore more complex concerns, significant life transitions, or multiple areas of focus.
Medicare & Private Health Rebates.
Clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and referral from their General Practitioner (GP) may be eligible for Medicare rebates under the Better Access Initiative.
Consultation fees are paid in full at the time of your appointment. If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, your claim can be processed electronically following your session, with the rebate deposited directly into your nominated bank account.
If you are unsure whether you are eligible for Medicare rebates, please speak with your GP prior to your first appointment.
Private Health Insurance
Many private health funds provide rebates for psychological services, depending on your level of cover and provider.
As rebates vary between funds, we recommend contacting your insurer directly to confirm your eligibility and level of cover for psychology services.
Please note that Medicare and Private Health Insurance rebates cannot be claimed for the same consultation.
Cancellation Policy.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations or scheduling modifications.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full appointment fee. Please be aware that Medicare rebates cannot legally be claimed for missed appointments or late cancellation fees.
