  • Your initial consultation is designed to begin developing a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to stress, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, emotional exhaustion or difficulty coping.

This session provides space to explore current challenges, emotional patterns, stressors, coping strategies and broader life circumstances while identifying initial areas of focus for ongoing support.

    Areas explored may include:

    • emotional wellbeing

    • stress and burnout patterns

    • emotional regulation difficulties

    • executive functioning challenges

    • cognitive and emotional load

    • emotional eating and coping patterns

    • relationships and support systems

    • hormonal and life transitions

    • behavioural and coping strategies

    • current stressors and capacity

Clients often leave with greater clarity around the patterns contributing to overwhelm and a clearer understanding of potential next steps for support.
